Availability of Funds: Award of this contract is subject to the availability of funds through the State’s normal budget process and/or transfer of funds to the Department of General Services through the Architecture Revolving Fund.

Virtual Pre-bid Site Inspection: Bids will only be accepted from those Contractors having attended the MANDATORY VIRTUAL pre-bid site inspection tour on November 17, 2020, at 11:00 A.M., at which time representatives of the State and prospective bidders shall meet virtually in the Microsoft Teams platform, at which time a site plan and video presentation will be presented to bidders. Attendance for the entire virtual inspection is required in order for bidders to be eligible to submit a bid.

Security Clearance: Bidders and/or their representative(s) planning to attend the mandatory virtual
