Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: Remove and replace rooftop mechanical Air Handling Units and associated mechanical services; remove existing isolation valves within interior ceiling space; disconnect and reconnect electrical services to rooftop mechanical units; disconnect and reconnect fire alarm devices within duct work; add to existing controls, extend up to and connect with new rooftop units.

Successful bidder shall furnish payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price.

Availability of Funds: Award of this contract is subject to the availability of funds through the State’s normal budget process and/or transfer of funds to the Department of General Services through the Architecture Revolving Fund.

Prospective bidders must attend the mandatory pre bid site inspection tour on November 5, 2019 at 9:30 A.M., at the Paul Bonderson Building, located at 901 P Street, Sacramento, CA 95814. The State’s requirements for Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation will be presented along with other contract requirements. The DVBE participation requirement for this project is 3%. Bidders are required to be in attendance for the entirety of the pre-bid site inspection and sign out at the conclusion.
