This project is being bid in accordance with Government Code 14838.7 and is open only to Small Business and Micro Business contractors certified through the California Department of General Services, Office of Small Business and DVBE Services.
SEALED BIDS: The Project Management and Development Branch will receive Sealed Bids at 707 Third Street, 2n d Fl oor reception area, West Sacramento, CA 95605, before 2:00 P.M., October 10, 2019, for the following project:

The bids shall include all Work pursuant to the Drawings and Project Manual, and Addenda as may be issued prior to bid opening date.
Scope of Work: Convert existing file room to tenant standard office with related voice/data, electrica, l lighting, door, finish modifications. Accessibility upgrades to the building common path of travel work include, but are not limited to: new AED cabinet; new toilet room accessories, new restroom, relocation of existing toilet room accessories, new restroom signs and toilet partition replacement; new elevator lobby signs, elevator lobby floor slope mitigation, and new room and suite signs.
License: Contractors’ State License Classification required to bid Project: B.
Availability Of Funds: Award of this contract is subject to the availability of funds through the State’s normal budget process and/or transfer of funds to the Department of General Services through the Architecture Revolving Fund.
Pre-bid Site Inspection: Bids will only be accepted from those Contractors having attended the MANDATORY pre-bid site inspection tour on September 26, at 10:00 A.M., at which time representatives of the State and prospective bidders shall meet at the Main Lobby, locatedat 1616 Capitol Avenue, Sacramento, CA. The State’s requirements for Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation and other Contract requirements will be presented. Prime Contractors are encouraged to have their Key Administrator and DVBE office coordinator attend to receive this information and to have their questions answered. Attendance for the entire inspection is required in order for bidders to be eligible to submit a bid.
