Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: Removal and construction of accessible parking stalls (including re-grading, re-striping and wheel stops); exterior route from the parking area to the primary entrance, entrance landings, ramps, handrails and walkways, truncated domes, accessible parking signs; interior common route throughout the tenant-occupied floor including the primary entrance and common circulation, building restrooms, door hardware, drinking fountains, fire extinguisher mounting heights, electrical receptacles, switches and conductors and related work.

Successful bidder shall furnish payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price.

Prospective bidders must attend the mandatory pre-bid site inspection tour on 3/21/2019, at Redding State Building 460, located at 2135 Civic Center Drive, Redding, Shasta County, CA 96001. Inspection tour will begin at 11:00 A.M. The State’s requirements for Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation will be presented along with other contract requirements. The DVBE participation requirement for this project is 3%. Bidders are required to be in attendance for the entirety of the pre-bid site inspection and sign out at the conclusion.
