Project Number: 136312, Major components of the project work consist of renovation of all existing building restrooms including demolition, floor patching, metal stud framing, drywall, painting, ceramic tile, toilet accessories, toilet partitions, ADA related signage, elevator controls, plumbing, electrical work, up-grading of ADA parking lot improvements and related work.
Project Number: 2242, Major components of the project work consist of demolition of existing concrete walkways, landscaping, site signage and concrete curbs. The new work consists of earthwork for asphalt paving, concrete walkways, wheel stops, pavement markings, sliding iron gate, concrete ramp, site-signage and under paving 24” HDPE pipe, storm water detection system and related work.

Successful bidder shall furnish payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price.

Prospective bidders must attend the mandatory pre-bid site inspection tour on February 12, 2019, at Department of Justice, 4949 Broadway, Sacramento, CA. Inspection tour will begin at 9:30 A.M., at Department of Justice Main Building Entrance. The State’s requirements for Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation will be presented along with other contract requirements. The DVBE participation requirement for this project is 5.0%. Bidders are required to be in attendance for the entirety of the pre-bid site inspection and sign out at the conclusion.

Security Clearance: All Bidders attending the Site Inspection will be required to show photo ID and sign in prior to being admitted to the building.
