Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: Demolish and remove existing roofing membrane and associated material including existing metal flashing at perimeter walls; remove metal flashing and replace with new where indicated; install new PVC roofing system; Maintain watertight building throughout construction; clear existing roof drains, remove, clean and reset drain strainers.

License required to bid the project: B or C-39

Successful bidder shall furnish payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price.

Prospective bidders must attend the mandatory pre-bid site inspection tour on 10/16/2018, at 3737 Main Street, Riverside, Riverside County, CA 92501. Inspection tour will begin at 10:00 A.M. at the California Tower Building, in Suite 210. The State’s requirements for Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation will be presented along with other contract requirements. The DVBE participation requirement for this project is 3%. Bidders are required to be in attendance for the entirety of the pre-bid site inspection and sign out at the conclusion.

Bid opening will be 10/25/2018, at 10:00 A.M, at: 320 W. Fourth Street, Suite 330, Los Angeles, CA 90013.
State’s estimated cost: $685,000.00. The term of this project is 120 calendar days.
