Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for interior improvements of an existing tenant space located on the first floor. The work includes: Selective Demolition of Existing Finishes, New, Plastic Laminated Casework, Sound Insulation, Hollow Metal Door Frames, Flush Wood Doors, Fire-Resistant Glass Storefront Section, Metal Stud Framing, Drywall, Painting, Acoustical Ceilings, Static-Control Resilient Flooring, Carpet Tile Flooring, Electrical Systems & Communications Systems.
This Project will be constructed in Two Construction Phases. The Tenant will occupy the Phase Two area until Phase One is completed. A 14-day no work/move in period will be required between Phase I and Phase II to allow owner to move in to completed Phase I area. Refer to Supplementary Conditions Section 00 73 00, Article 7 for additional information.

Successful bidder shall furnish payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price.
Prospective bidders must attend the mandatory pre-bid site inspection tour on 7/25/2018, at the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, 50 D Street, Santa Rosa, CA 95404. Inspection tour will begin at 9:30 A.M. at the Main Building Entrance. The State’s requirements for Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation will be presented along with other contract requirements. The DVBE participation requirement for this project is 3%. Bidders are required to be in attendance for the entirety of the pre-bid site inspection and sign out at the conclusion.
